Shenyang Machine Tool Group has signed an agreement with South Africa Harper Machine Tool Company on strategic cooperation and products distribution, allowing Harper to be the exclusive sales agent in South Africa, Shenyang Daily reported.

The two companies also planned to form a new company as the base for product showing, warehousing and aftermarket parts sales for Shenyang Machine Tool Group.

The agreement was signed during an inspection visit to some Africa countries including South Africa, Egypt and the Seychelles from June 14 to 27, led by Standing Committee of Shenyang Municipal People¡¦s Congress.
